From April 15–April 18, Westminster students participated in the Georgia Youth Birding Competition. Three teams of eighth graders, totaling 15 students, competed in the middle school division, and one of them finished first overall. Two teams of Upper Schoolers, totaling six students, competed in the high school division. They stayed for two nights on Jekyll Island next to the beach and had a fantastic time.
